4. Server Listings

4.1 Creating Listings

When listing a FiveM server, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your server
• Not misrepresent server features, player counts, or content
• Use only images and content you own or have rights to use
• Properly categorize your server with appropriate tags and regions
• Keep your server information up to date
• Provide a valid CFX connect code

4.2 Prohibited Content

Server listings must not contain:

• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Phishing attempts or scams
• Illegal activities or content promoting illegal activities
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment
• Sexually explicit or NSFW content without appropriate warnings
• Stolen assets, plagiarized content, or copyright infringement
• False or misleading information
• Spam or low-quality content

4.3 Server Verification

• We may verify server information at our discretion
• Servers found to contain false information may be delisted
• Verified badges are granted at our discretion and may be revoked

5. Votes and Reviews

5.1 Voting System

• Users may vote for servers to increase their visibility
• Vote manipulation, including using bots or multiple accounts, is prohibited
• We reserve the right to remove fraudulent votes
• Voting restrictions may apply based on account age or activity

5.2 Reviews

When posting reviews, you agree to:

• Base reviews on genuine experience with the server
• Not post fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Not use reviews for harassment, threats, or personal attacks
• Not include spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content
• Not manipulate reviews for or against any server
• Comply with our community guidelines

5.3 Review Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove reviews that violate these Terms
• Edit reviews to remove prohibited content
• Ban users who repeatedly post violating reviews
• Investigate coordinated review manipulation

6. User Conduct

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use FiveBrowse only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without permission
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Platform
• Impersonate other users, entities, or FiveBrowse staff
• Engage in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• Share personal information of others without consent (doxxing)
• Manipulate Platform metrics or features
• Coordinate abuse or brigading campaigns

6.2 Content Standards

All user-generated content must:

• Be truthful and not misleading
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not contain prohibited content as defined in Section 4.2

7. Badges and Premium Features

7.1 Badge System

• Badges may be granted to recognize achievements or status
• Badges are granted at our sole discretion
• Badges may be revoked for Terms violations
• Badges do not grant special privileges unless explicitly stated

7.2 Premium Features

• Premium features may be offered for purchase
• Premium subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue premium features
• Premium status may be revoked for Terms violations without refund

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Content

All content on FiveBrowse, including design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws worldwide.

8.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform
• By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' rights

8.3 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on FiveBrowse infringes your copyright, contact us with:

• Location of the infringing material on our Platform

• We do not guarantee server availability or quality

10.2 Discord Integration

• Discord authentication is provided by Discord Inc.
• We are not responsible for Discord's services or policies
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service

10.3 External Links

• We are not responsible for content on external websites
• Clicking external links is at your own risk
• We do not endorse linked websites or services

11. Data and Privacy

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Content posted by users
• Actions of third parties
• Server listings or connections

13.2 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

13.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

20. Specific FiveM/Gaming Provisions

20.1 Game Modifications

• FiveBrowse does not host, distribute, or provide FiveM software or modifications

20.2 Server Ownership Verification

• Server owners must be able to verify ownership of listed servers
• We may request verification at any time
• False claims of server ownership may result in listing removal and account termination

20.3 Player Data

• FiveBrowse does not collect or store FiveM player data
• Server owners are responsible for their own data collection and privacy practices
• We are not responsible for data practices of listed servers

20.4 Community Standards

The FiveM community has established standards for servers. While we don't enforce all community standards, listings that significantly deviate from accepted practices may be removed.

21. International Use

21.1 Global Access

FiveBrowse is accessible globally. By using the Platform from outside your country of residence, you acknowledge that you are transferring information to us and consent to such transfer.

21.2 Compliance with Local Laws

You are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If any aspect of these Terms or use of the Platform is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you may not use the Platform.

21.3 Language

These Terms are provided in English. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English version governs in case of conflict.

22. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have certain rights under EU consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by these Terms, including:
